Did the bill to stop the FCC from enforcing net neutrality that was inserted into the budget make it through? I can't find any info on this.

A while ago there was all of this talk about how Republicans inserted a bill into the budget that would stop the FCC from enforcing net neutrality until all court cases were final and it also took away a chunk of funding for them as well. This would put it on hold for years and years. Everyone was all worked up about this and then it disappeared from almost all discussion and news articles. Curious to know if Net Neutrality has been quietly stopped like they planned on doing now that they have signed the finalized new budget into law. Google is providing me with nothing but news articles from months ago and none of them state that the Republicans actually dropped this portion from the budget.
