I know people are saying this in the comments of the posts about EA removing micro transactions FOR NOW but it needs to be reiterated.
This is the closest we have ever come to working as a community to confront the bullshit tactics used by these companies to bleed us dry with less content and pay to win mechanics.
EA is using one last scum bag tactic to get you to buy the game before release because they have share holders and their job is to make profit. They will not care about the longevity of the game or the player base, they only care if the game makes sales to refurbish costs of development and meet acceptable profit margins on release and then they can safely add back the micro transactions.
If this game tanks it will send the message that we do NOT want pay to win mechanics and that by adding them you risk massive financial losses.
Do not buy the game until they say they will permanently remove the pay to win mechanics
