If Network Neutrality is rolled back, we are essentially going to be paying for data at some point. It should therefore be our choice where our data goes, and we should then have the right to block or forgo advertising. Right?

If i have to pay for data, i would not pay for advertising as a part of that. Wouldn't this cause a problem for advertisers? What am i missing in chewing this over? Or have they just not thought that far ahead yet either?
