It seems a number of Chrome based VPNs are starting to redirect to a phishing site located here: http://ift.tt/2sEovZj. When a VPN app is activated on your browser, you have a chance of ending up on that site by pressing a new tab. Doing some quick searching, it seems the website had started redirecting sometime between yesterday and early today. Do not go to this site and add it to your block list. Also, disable any extensions that may cause this problem.
