I know this is a SUPER long shot, but I've seen crazier things happen thanks to the Internet.
I used to game with someone on Xbox live, his real name was Fred but I can't remember his gamertag. My XBL was either PinupVampire or MetalGear1991 we were really good friends and lost touch when I had to sell my 360 for financial reasons.
