PSA: Windows 10 uses your computer as a source to provide updates to other computers on the internet

Seems like it is providing part of update files from your computers to others (maybe how torrents work?). This may be eating up your bandwidth without you knowing. It is an opt-out setting, so to disable:

Go to Update and Security > Advance options > Choose how updates are delivered > Turn the setting off.
